Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at Fieldgates, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition strategy. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, understand their unique business needs, and offer them our subscription-based team services as the perfect solution. You’ll play a vital role in building relationships, generating revenue, and helping businesses unlock their full potential with our expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential business clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our in-house team subscription service to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest business needs in our target market.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and convincingly.
